The pie charts show the partition of household expenditures, by major categories, in 1950 and 2010. In 1950 the main voice was housing, reaching 72% of total expenses, while the other five categories reached only 28% with only food expenses over 10%.
The situation changed dramatically in sixty years, with food expenses becoming the larger part of household expenditures with 34%. Housing expenses resisted at the second place, being the only other category over 20%. The remaining categories gathered almost 44%, with health care at 14% and "other" expenses at 19%, whereas education and transportation reached together almost 10%.
The main differences between 1950 and 2010 data consisted in the decrease of incidence about housing expenses, while other categories grew of size: food expenses went up of three times, health care almost increased of 500%, transportation almost doubled and "other" expenditures passed from 4.4% to 19.2%. Only education expenses incidence remained stable at 6%.

I guess it's about the use of discourse markers (0.571 is still low if compared to 0.7). I see I particularly lack in Sentence-Sentence Coherence, if I read correctly the report.
Thanks again,
Regards
