Dear Ms. Rose,
I am writing to inform you that I am looking for an accommodation in Greenmount, Northern Ireland.
My name is Paul Smith, a professional working with Unilever. My company has offered me to do a short training course of 3 months in Greenmount, Ireland for which I will be travelling next week. Due to time pressure and work load, it is very difficult to find an accommodation near college. Moreover, language barrier is a major issue, as I cannot communicate in the local language. I would like to request you to help me find me an accommodation near to my college.
I am very adjustable when it comes to stay as my job demands too much travelling across the country. I am looking for a fully furnished one bedroom apartment with balcony preferred near the college. My company has given me a budget of $1500 for the accommodation. Also, a small request, if its possible to get an apartment off the main road.
I will be landing on 14th July at 9 am and I will be staying with my cousin over the weekend. I need my own place to stay from 16th July to 15th October. I will reach the accommodation office to collect the keys of my accommodation on Monday, 16th July at 8 am and complete the formalities.
Thanking you.
Yours faithfully,
Paul Smith
