Infrastructure in your classroom is not good for studying. Write your classroom manager to complain about the issues and request a way to solve problems.
Dear Madam,
I am a monitor of a language class who are learning in Room C20 where the conditions are unfavorable. Hence, I am writing you to not only present some problems what we are coping with but also require you to solve these issues as soon as possible.
The first issue is that the room is pretty dark since some lights do not work; therefore, it is quite difficult for us to note content of lessons. In addition, the noise from the near-by crowded road makes us get difficult to practice listening skill. Lastly, number of tables is insufficient for a thirty- student class, so we always feel uncomfortable when studying in such a narrow space.
With above problems of my classroom, I hope to be allowed to switch into a better quality room; otherwise, our studying results can be affected seriously. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Harry
