Write a letter to a friend to inform him/her about a job opening in your company. Describe the job;
1) write about the job.
2) How is it suitable for your friend?
3) How to apply for the job.
Dear Igor,
I hope the letter reaches you in the best of health. I am aware that you have been looking for a job after graduating from the law school. I have exciting news for you. Allow me to elaborate.
As you know, I am working with a government company for almost 4 years now with the Human Resource Division. The company has started a new programme to recruit internally and as such, I am writing to you to describe the job suitable for you. The company has around 50 job profiles listed for recruitment this time. There are 10 vacancies in the Law department. I think you would be the best fit to apply for Law Associate. The work would be limited to 40 hours a work and handsome remuneration. You would be required to coordinate with empanelled lawyers and update the case status within the company registry.
Further, I feel that the job would be the best fit for a person like you, my friend. You are looking for job security and pension benefits along with other ancillary benefits. I can assure you that it will be best for you to take up the job. Moreover, the chance of getting hired is high as it will be internal recruitment on a referral basis.
Do not think much about the job now and rather apply for it. You need to visit the website and create an account in the job bank section and apply. There will be a prompt about referring employee mention my name and employment code “e2666” and submit it.
I look forward to working with you in the same company. I wish you all the best and will be praying that your efforts are fructified.
Best wishes,
Brad Jason
