Cultural shock occurs when a person moves to a foreign country with a completely different culture and traditions. People face ample of problems related to different aspects such as food, clothing, communication etcetera. Though it is an extremely unpropitious situation for people, but it can be resolved by taking proper measures and methods.

To commence, moving to a foreign country for a better future has become a notion among the youngsters, mostly of under developed countries. People migrating to another region commonly face problem in adjusting according to the new culture. As an illustration, if a vegan individual moves to a country where there is less availability of vegetables as compared to non-vegetarian then it becomes rigorously hard for him to survive in such conditions. As a result, they become isolated and feel stressed-out always which may lead to depression.

However, this problem can be coped with radical steps such as a person should communicate with the locality of that are so that one does not feel stranded. Moreover, if that person is migrating to coastal area and is a vegetarian then he must prepare himself mentally for the change in food varieties, and should also garner information about lifestyle of that particular area through distinct resources such as internet and books. Therefore, by following this method he will be less likely to fall prey to cultural shock.

In conclusion, immigrants should prior be ready for the upcoming changes, and should also endeavor to adopt the novelty culture which will be beneficial for them.
