It can be seen that people of France preferred to spend most on cars, at £4,00,000 whereas, this amount was quite higher in the case of UK, which spent £4,50,000. Moreover, the proportions of expenses of both the countries on computers were quite similar, at nearly £3,80,000 and £3,50,000 respectively.
As far as trend was concerned, people of UK had been interested more to spend (£3,00,000). With regards to the remaining items of consumer goods, buying perfumes were not preferrable by both the countries, however, expenditure on cameras accounted for £3,50,000 in the UK and only £50,000 were spent by the residents of France on it.
