Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to give my feedback to either sponsor the local children's sports team or pay for the two open air concerts.

We need the children to take interest in sports. By sponsoring the sports team we can build better grounds and provide better facilities, thus encouraging the children to participate in sports. As a result, the children will be active and switch off from their cell phones.

However, this area did not have an open air concert for a long time. Organizing not one but two concerts will foster community gathering. People will mingle with each other. Also, it will provide a much needed break from their daily routine.

In conclusion, I would like you to sponsor the local children's sports team. Although, the concert will help in community building we need to encourage the younger generation to play out and learn a sport. This will inculcate sportsmanship and discipline in them from a younger age.

I look forward to hearing about the decision of the company.

Yours Sincerely
Fiona D'souza
