On the other hand, the expenditure in the education and the transportation sectors will decline over the period given. In 2000, in the education sector, the spendings was higher than the other two sectors, but it went down steadily over next fee years. It is predicted that it will decline in near future, and will stand at just below 4% in 2025. Similar pattern also will be seen in transportation sectors. From 2000 to 2025, the percentage slightly fluctuated until 2015. It started from 4% in 2000, and it is estimated that, in 2025, it will remain around 3.5%.
