Your friend wants to spend a holiday trip with you, but it is not suitable for you. Write a letter to your friend:

giving the suggestion.
Dear Max,
Thanks for your letter. I’m glad you and your family are well. So, you’re thinking of going on a holiday to Mount Buller with me. Unfortunately, I can’t accompany you because of numerous reasons.
To start with, I am afraid of height and the oxygen level in mountains is low which results in breathing problems and my blood pressure drops beyond minimum level. Secondly, I can’t bear the cold climate and my skin becomes red and itchy. On my last vacation to Switzerland, I tried going to Mount Titlis which ended up in a two days hospital stay. Now, I am a bit scared to take a risk again.
On the contrary, I will suggest you plan a trip to the Gold Coast. This place is having some of the best beaches in the world and we can enjoy your favourite activity i.e., surfing over there. We also get a chance to meet our high school friends, Mike and Sully. Accommodation won’t be a problem as Sully own a 5 bedroom house next to the beach. We can save a huge amount of money which can be used for Christmas shopping.
I hope you like the idea of this trip. Please write to me soon so that I can confirm this itinerary to Sully.
Best wishes,
Jack
