Dear Mr smith,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the issue which employees are facing with daily. As a matter of fact, we are suffering from lacking of parking in the workplace.
Actually, my coworkers and I have to utilize our own car in order to be on time, despite of that, we will be late that is really hard to be compensated. Unfortunately, the street is not spacious enough for cars parking and it always lead to numerous issues.
I am going to give you some recommendation and hope to be considered. In fact, the basement is remaining useless, I would be really thankful if you could give it a thought and use it as a place for car parking.
It will benefit employees in different ways. One of the most significant advantage of that is, employees are not have to be worry about their car so, they can concentrate on their duty better.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
F. BAGHERI
