Dear Max,
I am writing about a recent purchase I did from your online website www.karosel.com.I bought a luxurious Rado watch series E4567 last week on Thursday which I intended to gift to my wife as a present on our wedding anniversary.
I have bought electronic products from your website and my experience has been very positive but on this occasion when I received this watch, I found the dial broken. I am really dissatisfied with the cheap casing in which this expensive watch was packed. In fact, I had written a special note to your customer care department to add a protective cover on the top of the casing when I had made the payment but to my surprise, they didn’t bother to follow my instructions.
As you know, I had ordered this watch as an anniversary gift for my wife but due careless attitude and unprofessional behaviour of your customer care I have to face this perplexing situation. Thus I ask a full refund of the amount paid and a voucher with a thirty per cent discount in lieu of the purchase of my next item.
I look forward to your immediate resolution on this matter.
