There have been several complaints about the reception areas where visitors to your company arrive. Your manager has asked you to suggest how the reception area could be improved.
Write a letter to your manager. In your letter:
1. Describe the complaints that have been made
2. Say why the reception area is important
3. Suggest how the reception area could be improved
Dear Sir,
I am writing you in-response to your recent email about possible recommendations for our company’s deteriorating reception sitting area.
I have received number of complaints from my clients and guests who have recently visited our company. AC and water dispenser placed at our reception area are not functioning from last two weeks. I was embarrassed to hear from my clients, that our air conditions at the reception area were malfunctioning that too in blazing hot summer months. Additionally, water dispenser at the reception area is broken and this has worsened the matter even more. Owing to this, our staff and visitors are forced to drink non-chilled water in hot summer days.
As you know reception area is the first impression to any business and the current state of our company’s reception area can tarnish our company’s reputation as well as affect our clientage and business relationships. Therefore, I request you to please look into possible suggestions for improving the overall conditions of the reception area by replacing traditional AC units with new inverter chillers as they are proven to work in high temperature and humid environments and come with 10 years of compressor and 5 years of parts and service warranty. New water dispensers of TOKOSHI Company can be installed as they are made in Japan with 3 years of parts and service warranty.
These are available on easy corporate installments from Tariq Brothers their contact number is 0213456789 and are open Mon-Fri from 10: AM-8:00PM.
Your approval is required in this regard.
Yours faithfully,
Farrukh Kiani
