Say what action you would like to take
Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter in reference to inform you that I will not be able to continue French language classes due to the below-mentioned reason.
As you are aware that I am working full-time at Zeta private limited and I had joined French classes to enhance my language skills to help me in interacting with my customers in France as it will help in bridging the language barrier. To elucidate recently my manager has resigned and the company management has decided to pass on his work-related responsibilities to me as they cannot find a suitable replacement within such a short span of time. The hiring process to fill this vacancy permanently will take around 3 months.
I had joined the evening classes as I was free in the evening and could dedicate my time but now due to this situation, I will not be able to find time as I would be occupied with a lot of projects.
Hence I ask you to please allow me to continue these classes after 3 months from where I left the course. If this is not possible then I would like you to refund the fee for the course.
I look forward to your immediate help on this matter.
Yours Sincerely
Mark
