Dear Kristy,
I am Arti Abbey. Hope you are doing well. I am very disappointed to writing this letter. I booked a two-week holiday for Sydney with Fly-by-Night travel from 1 december to 15 december, my booking is was 1234321.I was excited when I booked the tour, unfortunately it was terrible experience, and I faced lots of issue in this journey.
Mr. Ajay was our contact person, as I got the details about the tour but unfortunately flight delayed 3 hours and I did not get any message or call about the delayed time. Although that was not your fault. However, we reached hotel but room was not clean. I called to Ajay for it. He assured me that, I will get the room in 10 minutes but I waited 30 minutes at reception after made lots of call we got the room. Additionally hotel was very noisy; we had never taken a good sleep in that hotel. I am not happy with your services. As Fly-by-Night travel agency have good review related to customers’ satisfaction and their service, regretful it was bad experience. Therefore, I want my whole money back
I would endorse if you refund the whole amount. if you have any query please contact me at my mentioned number.
Yours Faithfully,
Arti.
