Dear Mr. Perera,
I am Vaishnavi, who is your new neighbour. I have moved to the house next to yours from the 1st February 2017. I am going to live with my husband and two kids. Since we bought this house as a very first property for our family, my husband and I are planning to hold a small party on the 18th February.
We are planning to have it as an outdoor event and our idea is to arrange the seatings at the backyard. Since our kids' classmates are also invited, we will be having a musical chair game before the dinner. The party will start at around 4 pm and end at 7.30 pm. Estimated number of guests is approximately 30 to 35.
Our family cordially invites you along with your wife and kids to attend the get together on Saturday. On top of that, I apologize in advance for any inconveniences cause due to noise resulting from the outdoor event.
Please be good enough to bear with us during those 3 1/2 hours and we would love to see you all on that evening.
Thank you
Yours truly,
Vaishnavi

Dear Mr Smith,
Dear Mr Smith,
I hope you are doing great. I am Pedram and I have just moved to the house next door of yours. I am writing to let you know that we are planning to throw a party this weekend and we will appreciate your presence at the party. Also, I would like to apologize you for any inconvenience this would make for you and your family.
In fact, this Saturday, the 28th of June, is our wedding anniversary. So I decided to hold a party to celebrate this occasion, and we have invited some of our friends, colleagues, and people we care about. The party supposes to be rather noisy since we have arranged a local music band to play and there are some children who are very likely to make a nuisance. However, the party is not to last after midnight and we have asked all participants to be considerable to the neighbors.
As I regret that we are not acquainted with each other so far, I would like to invite you and your family to the party. In this way, we have a great opportunity to become acquainted as well as spending some quality time and I assure that you will enjoy the party.
I look forward for your response, accepting the invitation. Please also accept my apology for any nuisance in advance.
Yours Sincerely,
Pedram Ghasemi
