You have bought a new mobile phone and in a few days of purchase, it has stopped working. You have spoken to the company representative a week ago but it has still not been repaired.
Write a letter to the company. In your letter,

I have purchased Nokia mobile on 8th September 2016. It was N6 Series with complimentary accessories in it.
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction. I have bought the mobile and within span of three days, it stopped functioning. First, I thought battery has drained out, but after charging for two hours, the device didn’t started. In next minute, I gave call to the customer representative regarding this issue and he assured me that he will check with his superior to resolve this issue. But till today, I didn’t received the call from your side.
I would request you to replace the mobile as it is in warranty and also request you to train the staff for resolving customer problem. I am attaching invoice copy with this letter for your reference.
I hope you will look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
