The diagram below shows the process of canning of fish. Write a report for a university lecturer describing the process below.
The given picture depicts the steps involved in canning of fish.
Overall, it is clear that it is a complex process which encompasses 15 steps. The process begin at catching or fishing and ends at dispatching to supermarket.
In the first step, the fishes are catched from water and stored in a cool place. Afterthat, cooled fishes are unloaded. Before the throwing the fishes are weighted and after washing the process followed by cutting of fishes in large pieces. Next to it, the big pieces of fish are cooked at high temperature.
Probing further, cooked pieces are cooled for some time and cut in small pieces. Afterwards, small pieces of fishes are canned by adding brine water or oil. In the next stage, the cans are sealed for sterilizing and heated at high flame. Following to it, cans are sampled and lablled and followed by storing for selling. Eventually, the canned fishes are dispatched to supermarket for supplying to consumers.
