Overall, it can be seen that the process consists of three stages, beginning with the birth of fish and ending up with laying their eggs.
According to the diagram, female fish lay their eggs put under stones between reeds to protect them and they stay approximately between 5 and 6 months in the upper river that is slow moving. After that, baby fishes which are called fry hatch from their eggs and they leave to go to the lower river when their length reach 3-8 cm.
Next, they live in there which is fast moving in 4 years. Once they can be Smolt and during this time measure between 12 and 15 cm, they migrate there to go to live in the open sea for about 5 years. In the next stage, salmon be adult with 70-76 cm and they return to the upper river where they were born so that they can breed there, and the cycle starts anew.</span><br>
