Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about one of the products that I bought through your website 1 week ago.
To begin with, I bought a microwave after the site had announced a 30 % discount on all kitchen electronic devices. When I asked the customer service about which brand is the best, I was told that Black&Decker is the most reliable one. Consequently, I ordered one of them immediately so as to not miss the discount.
Unfortunately, when I used the microwave to heat a small meal, not only was it not as hot as expected, but it also caught an unpleasant odor. Furthermore, a peculiar loud sound is produced during the heating process which indicates the existence of a manufacturing flaw.
On the account of the fact that the device is not working properly within the first week, I ask the company to make a full refund in the pursuance of compensating me for this unpleasant experience. Finally, if the company ignored my ticket, I would share my experience on social media which would be extremely deleterious for your site's reputation.
Thanks a lot for your consideration
Yours faithfully,
Mark Ryan
