The bar chart provides information about employment level in six countries over a 10-year period. Overall, there is a tendency to grow and men are leaders since the percentage of their employment is high in all six countries: Australia, Switzerland, Iceland, UK, New Zeeland and the USA.
Unfortunately, in 1995, there were many states with low employment rates among women totaling a least 40%. However, by 2005, all female citizens of other nations have a job with a probability of 50% except Australia and New Zeeland. It goes without saying that men are usually employed in all these countries with a likelihood of 70%.
In general, the employment rates of both gender in these six countries increased by average 10-15%. It is worth noticing that Iceland has the highest employment level, while Australia - the lowest one. Needless to say that Switzerland, UK and the USA are more loyal to women as specialists than other countries. As a result, 6 out of 10 women can find a job in 2005.
