The presented chart compares proportion of the production and consumption of electricity for ten developed countries in 2014.
As can be seen from the chart, the huge amount of production and consumption of electricity was account for China and USA, because they produced 5398 kWh and 4099 kWh meanwhile consumption rate stood at 5322 kWh and 3866 kWh for them.
In seven countries (Russia, Japan, India, Canada, Brazil, France and Korea Republic), there was a little difference between production and consumption. Production and consumption rate of electricity was 1057 kWh and 1038 kWh in Russia, 936.2 kWh and 856.7 kWh in Japan, 871 kWh and 698.8 in India, 618.9 kWh and 499.9 kWh in Canada respectively. As well as, France produced 561.2 kWh electricity and used 462.9 kWh electricity, those figures were 530.7 kWh and 455.8 kWh in Brazil, 485.1 kWh and 449.5 kWh in Korea Republic.Contrastly, the amount of electricity which was produced in Germany was less than consumption of it. It stood at 526.6 kWh and 582.5 kWh respectively.
In conclusion, most of the countries produced more electricity than consumption of it. As well as, there was a country which production rate less than consumption rate.
