You have just bought a new mobile phone from a website on the internet. When it was delivered, the phone was faulty.
Write a letter to the company. In the letter:
• introduce yourself
• explain the situation
• state what action you want to be taken
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the defective mobile which I have received through online purchase from your company.
Let me explain the situation in detail. My name is Rakesh Soni, resident of Mumbai placed an order for Samsung S9 mobile (64GB, 4GB RAM, White color) on 14th March from your online store. The order number is MVR-54213 and I have made payment through internet banking. Next day when I received the product I was utterly shocked to see that phone is faulty. First of all, the phone reboots automatically quite often. Moreover, pictures clicked by its camera is blurred in spite of having specs of 12 Megapixel. In addition, it hangs in between while playing high graphic games. I believe that the mobile has some manufacturing defect as specs of this mobile are of quite high standards.
As a solution, and because I like the mobile configuration and specs, I would like to request you to give me replacement with new one within next three-day. Otherwise, I would like a full refund and if neither of them is possible then I will be forced to take up this matter with consumer board.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Rakesh Soni
