I am writing this letter to complain about the faulty product delivered to my address. I am very dissatisfied with the services proved by you.
I am Prabhpreet Kaur from Delhi, India and on 26th of September I made an online purchase from your website Amazon of Samsung Galaxy S9 Mobile Phoneand made the payment through my Axis Bank Debit Card. I was very excited for the same as Samsung mobile phones have the best android features and camera.
However, when the product was delivered to me on 29th of September to my disappointment it was a faulty product. The camera was not functioning properly, the image appeared to be blurred and hazy. Moreover, I ordered for 256 GB space and 6GB RAM but the product that was delivered to me has 126GB space and 4GB RAM.
Since, I am one of your loyal customers I want the immediate replacement of the product with the features and specifications that I need. If the same cannot be done I want the refund of my amount to my bank account. My order number is 266654555 and I am attaching the copy of the invoice for your reference.
I hope you will take my matter into consideration and will take immediate and necessary actions.
