To begin with the south of the city, the existences of factories, skyscrapers and warehouse has replaced the position of numerous plants and dwellings in 1980. To the east of the skyscrapers, there was a new railway line which had been constructed in which it connected to the north of the town.
In accordance with the other alterations, there were significant changes for several new facilities from 1980, which had several houses, through to 2005, which changed to be a new stadium and a new parking area. 1980 to 2005, furthermore, witnessed a dramatic modification for the size of the green areas where it had been varied by a new park, and a new parking area in 2005.
