Dear Daniel,
I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and to the best of spirits. This morning, I received your message and I was glad to read that grab a new job. My hearty congratulations and best wishes to you for this accomplishment. But regretfully, I am writing this letter to inform you that I would not be able to join your farewell party.
Actually, as you must be knowing, that my team has a project release at the same day, so we would be working late night until everything goes well. It is one of the most critical project that we worked on and that is time when our efforts would be recognized. I could not miss that event, as I am the linking chain between the clients and the developers.
It was my pleasure to work with you during our CVS project and I will always remember your diligent contribution in that project. You are a person filled with immense qualities. You tought me how to keep up a perfect balance between personal life and professional life. I will always cherish the time spent with you. persevere your hard work and keep on achieving success in your life.
I will try my best to see you personally before you relocate to new work site. However, I request you to take some time and visit our house with your family.
