I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and to the best of spirits. I am writing this letter to thankyou for agreeing on home sitting for me when I will be going to Newyork for one week.
You can contact me on my official number which is 401-401-4101 as I will not be allowed to use my personal phone during those days. I am mentioning few responsibilities for you and I am sure that you will handle them very nicely. First of all give cat-food to my cat twice a day and give her a bowl of milk in the evening. I am sure that she will not disturb you much and keep playing with her toys.
Also mentioning few household duties such as watering my plants daily so that they do not wither. Keep the outside light on every night for the safety reason and dispose the garbage to nearby dumpster if required. I have stocked enough ration for a week, but still if you need something specific, you can shop from nearby convenience store. Feel free to use any thing at my house just as yours and I wish you a comfortable stay.
I hope you enjoy stay at my house even in my absence. Once again thankyou for your kind favor.
