Some people believe that it is best to accept a bad situation, such as an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money. Others argue that it is better to try and improve such situation.

Although many people accepting unsatisfied profession to earn a numerous money, others think it is a better to wait until getting right employment regardless their pressing needs. I strongly disagree with public who starting any job without commensurate with their qualification.
On the one hand, it is believed that rising unemployment and fierce competition of jobs might lead to start monotonous profession without taking consideration their academic background and I disagree. In other words, most people nowadays have not living expenses but also press needs such as schools fees to their children and renting their homes. For example, a study has shown that 80% of population in an underdeveloped countries care about reasonable wages and do not look at the nature of work. As a result, the more competition of jobs increase, the less of people care about respectful career path.
On the other hand, other people argue about repercussion of acceptance work which does not meet with qualifications because they spend a precious time to finish their academic studies and field training and I agree. Moreover, experts agree with a theory which suggests that from long-sighted viewpoint, if an employee wants to jump at his or her career ladder, he or she should choice a creative job which may reach them after many years to managerial level. Furthermore, the more right positions which select, the more leadership and supervisory skills you get. For instance, studies have been conducted in developed countries show that most people prefer to wait until getting right job can lead them to management level. As consequence, even though some individuals prefer to earn money to meet with their requirements, a massive rate of people still go through with selecting suitable job.
To sum up, on spite of needs of many people pushing them to start unknown career, most people in many countries prefer starting jobs meet with their competencies.
