It can be clearly seen that significant reduction in rented households in comparison with owned one over the given period. Overall, the turned appeared in after 2001.
The chart started in 1918, there was the largest percentages of renting households at 78% while the owned residence was the lowest at22%. after that, an increase and decrease indicated for owning and renting accommodation separately until 1971. The proportion of these two varieties was the same at 50% at the moment.
there was no turning point after 1971. The owned residence kept raising gradually to 68% since 1971, by contrast, the dropping of rented residence was entirely shown from 50% to 32% significantly. The circumstance was unchanged over three decades. Lastly, there was a slightly rebound by both trends, 65% and 35% for owned residence and rented residence independently at the end of 2011.
