you have a extra room an appartment and would you like to rent it out to your students.Write a letter to university council officer and say
Describe your apartment and the facilities available
Why do you want to rent out room
What kind of tenat would you prefer
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter with regards to rent out a room in my apartment which is located in centre place where anyone gets all belongings to live peaceful life. The room that I want to give on rent is not only semi-furnished but also well attired with all contemporary appliances, such as washing machine, a heater, a water purifier and many more. In addition, there is a magnificent balcony where one can enjoy a breath-taking view of garden.
Let me explain the reasons why I am searching for a tenant. Actually,I have lived with my cousin brother in this house since last 5 years. We have enjoyed our time together, however recently he has been transferred to another city by his company. So I feel lonely. Moreover,if I continue to stay alone here it will additional financial burden on me.
I would be grateful if the tenant is male student or an employee in well-reputed organisation who prefers to live individually as I am also living alone. Besides,he should be vegetarian and non-drinker.
Thanking you for your valuable time to read and please contact me if you find any person.
Yours faithfully,
James Bond
