New neighbours have recently moved in, but they are making a lot of noise at night while you are preparing for your exams.
Write a letter to your neighbours. In your letter:
explain that they are preventing you from studying well
suggest what they can do to improve the situation
tell them when you will have completed your studies
Dear Mr and Mrs Tim,
I’m writing to you with displeasure due to the noise at night from your flat since the past 3 weeks since you moved in.
I have been finding it so difficult to study for my examination, which is coming up next week; It is getting me worried because I cannot meet up with my studies.
I’d like that you suspend all loud music while partying; you can rent the sound proof hall next to the supermarket across the street. Let me know how much it will possibly cost, I am willing to pay the rent until my exams are over. Just let me know ahead when you are likely going to have a loud night.
My exams will last for a month, from the 10th of August to the 10 th of September 2019.This is my final examination and I would not like to fail.
I look forward to a positive response change.
Best regards,
Lambert.
