.A letter to your teacher explaining the sudden decision of leaving the course and returning to your home country. Express thanks to your teacher, why you had to leave and what part of the course you enjoyed the most.
Dear Headteacher,
I am sorry I am writing only now. I am Jasmin Kaur. I am a student enrolled in a bachelors degree programme in your prestigious college. The reasons for my writing is to inform you that I have to abandon my study course for this fall. Simultaneously, I have to departure to my country last September of this week. Let me elaborate on this .
Initially, I thought I will be able to cover up my course fee. Besides this, I was engaged in part-time work also to congregate my college fees. Unluckily, I am unable to fulfill my fee deadlines for college. Consequently, I have given the notice from the institution for late fees as well as next semester fee structure. As a result, I am unable to cope with my job also like the coffee shop in which I was working they have fired me as a cause of lack of concentration as I was worried about my pending fees which affected my work life too.
Needless to say, the university has boycotted me from attending the classes and I have to leave this country as my status doesn't allow me to leave here. I would appreciate it if you could bear the expense of flight tickets. I promise I will pay you soon. I feel gratitude to you towards helping me in paying my last semester examination fees. There is no doubt, that I will feel the absence of your lectures of sociology taught by you. That was the most exquisite part of the syllabus that was like a piece of a cake for me to grab the lessons.
To recap, I feel apologize again that I m unable to fulfill my commitments and have to make a decision in a rush to go back again.
yours faithfully,
jasmin kaur.
