Some students prefer classes with open discussions between the professor and students and almost no lectures. Other students prefer classes with lectures and almost no discussions. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Kind of class we spend our time is important. You spend a lot of time in school to learn and the way you learn affects your future and personality. Some students prefer to study in an open discussion class with no lecture; others would disagree. In my view, I prefer to study in the open discussion class between students and professor for two reasons.
The main reason is that open discussion class leads to better learning. When you say your opinion in class and get envolved, you can enjoy of class. You can remember what discussed better that leads to better learning. For example, when I was child, I went to school in our neighborhood. My teacher is a really serious person. Always students feared her and didn’t like to come school. She taught us seriously and didn’t allow us to ask any question. That year spent hard for us. All of us hate to study. At the end of the year the average grade of our class decreased. Our school started to ask us about the reason and chaned our teacher. As you can see, I wouldn’t have hated studied if my class is open discussion.
The other reason is that open discussion class gives you more confidence. If you could speak in public and tell your opinion you feel better and learn to how to speak in society which gives you confidence. For instance when I was in school, I was too shy. I always preferred to stay alone. I had no friends to spent my time with them. I had a lot of problem in class because I fear to said wrong things and students juged me. I couldn’t ask my questions that I didn’t know from my teacher or other students. I usually couldn’t learn my lessons and get low grades. One day my teacher changed her type of teaching. She asked us to said our opinion about the topic and forced me to speak without fear. After that I feel more confortable in publice and get a lot of confidence to speak. This experience taught me that open discussion class can improve students confidence which leads to better class to learn.
In sum, I prefer open discussion class between professor and students with out any lecture. Not only could it leads to better learning but also it improve students confidence. All schools should pay more attention in this type of class for increase the number of successful students.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
