The two diagrams explain the process of making cement and concerted, including stages and equipments to be used for building. Cement is made mainly on materials of limestones and clays through about five stages, while the concrete is mainly produced in the equipment of concerted mixer.
At the first stage of cement production, limestones and clays are put into a crusher and made into powder. Secondly, the powder and some extra clays are mixed in a mixer. After that, the mixture flows into a rotating heater while being healed at the bottom. Cement is then produced after using the last tool of grinder. Once all steps above are completed, cement can be stored in bags.
The second diagram illustrates production of concrete. The procedure is simple however there is strict demand on the percentages of materials, which are cement at 15%, sand at 25%,small stones at 50% and water at 10%. A big concrete mixer is used to mix them all to produce concrete.
Overall, procedures must be strictly followed in making cement and proportions must be calculated precisely in producing concrete.
