As shown in the first two charts, sodium and saturated fat are dominant in dinner, reaching at 43% and 37% respectively. More than one quarter of these two nutrients can be found in lunch, accounting for 29% and 26%. In addition, the sodium accounts for the same ratio of 14% in breakfast and snacks each, while saturated fat takes 16% in breakfast and 21% in snacks.
On the other hand, added sugar shows a different pattern in the third chart, which accounts the most percentage at 42% in snacks, followed by dinner at 23%. It stands for less than 20% in lunch and breakfast.
Based on the information above, breakfast is the healthiest meal while dinner and snacks contain the most unhealth ingredients.
