Engineering and education are the streams which show largest discrepancy in the ratio of male and female staffs. In education the female staffs are almost three times that of male staffs, whereas, in engineering the male staffs are approximately four times that of female staffs.
Medicine stream has a good trend of having almost same number of female and male faculties. However, the streams like arts and law are also maintaining comparitively good ratio with more female staffs in arts and more male staffs in law.
Business and science streams have an approximate 1:2 ratio with more number of male faculties.
