This diagram depicts the procedure of bricks formation for construction purposes.
Overall, it is a seven steps process starting from digging clay from the ground. After passing this clay through several machinery, bricks become ready to be delivered to construction industry.
To begin, a giant digger is used to collect clay which is then filtered through a metallic grid. This filtered product is then rolled in order to convert it into finer particles. After this, sand and water is mixed with them and the final amalgam is either passed through wire cutter or a molder. This step brings brick into appropriate shape.
Once the bricks have been modeled, the next step is to allow them to dry for 24 to 48 hours in drying oven. After sufficient drying, further processing is done in a kiln that is capable of providing with intense temperature. In this kiln, bricks are baked up to 870 to 1300 degrees. However, a cooling chamber is also part of this furnace where a sudden drop of temperature is used to do advanced processing. After 48 to 72 hours of these cold therapy, bricks finally come out ready to be delivered. They are then transported to construction sites for consumption.
