University is crucial for education as well as society. It is where we learn the most important lesson of our life. And the key points of a university are professors. So, to improve the quality of education, universities should spend money on salaries university professors. And I support that for some reasons.
The main reason to support the statement that it helps the professor to spend more fund of research. If a professor gets more salaries, he can keep more research student on his laboratory by giving personal fund. For example, in my previous university, one of my professors was working on a research project but he could not able to finish this because of the dearth of the fund. But after the next couple of years when he is getting more salaries, he continues the research by keeping two research assistants. As we can see, the professor wouldn't able to complete his research if he didn't get more salaries.
Another reason is that more salaries will motivate professors to spend more time with students in the universities to strong their understanding and make better education environment. Many professors who go to another university to take a class for extra money. Because of low salaries, they have to do some other thing to earn more money. Otherwise, it might be tough for them to manage family and research expenditure. For instance, I saw in my university, most of the professor used to go to some private universities to take an extra class for the money. For this reason, they weren't available at the university on some weekdays. As a result, they can't spend enough time with students of both universities. This experience taught me that more salaries will help professors to spent some qualities time with their student to make better understanding which help to improve education quality.
In sum, though some may oppose spending more money on salaries of university professors, it will be great to improve education quality, research opportunities. Professors will spend more fund on research and improve the environment for better education by spending time with the student. Every professor should get the highest possible money for their salary for building a better place for education.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
