The second age group is more concerned about their salaries with little worry about their job security and work culture.
The noticeable thing from the chart is that younger workers desire to improve their overall skills but they are not able to do it. As the survey results show that with extremely busy work schedule it is difficult to sharpen their skill-set. This thing overall affects the company's efficiency. Additionally, there are many of this age group who are not satisfied with the company's work culture and way of getting the promotion.
