Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to report you that I faced many phenomenons during my stay at Hilton Hotel Manila, but Mary who is working at reception desk assisted in solving them.
First of all, I stayed at one of the most luxurious branch of Hilton Hotels in Manila between dates 20st and 25th August 2019.
Secondly, the water was cold when I had a shower. Despite I informed technicians to repair it, I had not been fixed. Moreover, sandwiches on fridge was tasteless and stale consequently I could not consume them although I was extremely hungery.
Finally, immediately after I called customer service, she came to my room to examine problems clearly. Then, my room was changed and upgraded to Kingsuit to increase my satisfaction which made me happy and relaxed. Further and more importantly, she made a chef prepare a tasty hand-made toast, Mediterrian salad and fresh orange juice even though catering service had already closed. Consequently, I left there with some amazing memories. If she had not been working at shift work that night, my vacation would have become a nightmare. I hope her enthusiasm and problem-solving skills will be appreciated and awarded with promotion.
