To begin with, 49% of US citizens travel from office to home and backwards, while 19% of the people travel for their personal reasons. To shop 16% of the people use travel as a means. However, to visit friends/ relatives and fro recreation purposes, people travel to a less extent accounting for 10% and 6% respectively.
During travelling, 49% of the people faced the problem of price incurred, while 19% of them had issues regarding safety. Drivers agreesion and congestion of highways created problem for 17% and 14% of the people respectively. However, the least problematic issues for the public are access to public transport and space for pedestrians with a respective values of 8% and 6%.
