The bar charts illustrate educational and scientific information about developing and industrialized countries. It is obvious that, there are tremendous differences among these countries.
The first chart shows that, years of schooling in developing countries had been really comparable with years of schooling in industrialized countries in 1980 and 1990. Furthermore, in terms of school years, developing countries have really lower position than industrialized countries and also there is a marginal increase in years of schooling in 1990 in contrast with 1980 in both kind of countries.
The second chart has statistic information about scientists and technicians per 1000 people in both kind of countries. As figure shows underdeveloped countries in contrast with developed counties have few expertise people. But, if we compare underdeveloped countries people with themselves in 1980 and 1990 and also compare developed countries with themselves in these two years, there is a marginal increase too.
At the end, spending money for research and development in industrialized countries have been increased in 1990. In contrast with developed countries, the amount of money spending has been decreased in under-developing countries after 10 years. However, there is still a huge difference in spending money between these two kinds of countries and in these 3 charts, developed countries always have been in the first position in contrast with the developing countries.
