Dear sir/ madam

I am liza haden who came to mexico

international airport on 13th November. I flew to Newyork through your airlines . I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the services of the airport.

I travelled through Network airlines which was quite satisfied an reached in time. However, services of airport displeased every traveller over there. Firstly, internet service was so poor that i could not able to send my project details on time through email. Secondly, the ground staff of airport seemed to unprofessional and naive as they were not able to tell important announcements and directions of rest rooms or enquiry desk. Thus, many travellers faced difficulties in finding their respective flights.

I would like to suggest that company should hire trained employees who can assist travellers. With regards to poor connection, I would like to recommend a reliable and better service provider. I hope you would look into this matter.
