I had a business trip last week from Dubai to Paris using AirArbia air lines as always. You are one of the best enterprises known by your pilots proficiency and hospitality of the staff. The flight was relaxing and flawless.I am writing this letter unfortunately,to complain about the services at the airport.
I was exasperate from the long waiting queues to board where only few counters were open to work. The employees were unhelpful and not conscientious.I was waiting more than thirty minutes to weight and board, when the employee carelessly informed me that she entered the wrong data and had to restart. Nevertheless,at my arrival,I found my luggage's wheels were completely damaged which indicated the awful way the bags were managed.
In the scope of all these incidents, I am sure you will tackle the problems soon. I suggest opening more counters at bustling times. I suggest an apprenticeship to new workers , ultimately the company will gain skillful workers. More cameras installed to monitor the labourer work and a cut down from their salary for any damaged luggage.
Air Arabia reputation and excellency are non-questionable. I am sure you will response promptly.
