Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent purchase from your online website, order number#281718.
I ordered a mobile phone which was advertise on your website as a package including a mobile phone, headphones and a charger. However, on receiving the parcel I was very disappointed as the headphones was missing. In addition, there were scratched on the mobile screen that indicated that it had been used before as well.
As i have came across the same offer on another website and I want to return the package to your office as soon as possible. I have gone through your refund policy which was on your website. I would request you to refund full amount as I am very dissatisfied with the product. You can contact me through email, my id is abc@xyz.com
I look forward to your immediate response.
Regards,
Saba Khan
