The graph below shows the number of books read by men and women at Burnaby Public Library from 2011 to 2014.

The line graph compares the figure for books read by man and woman at Burnaby Public Library in the period of four years; between 2011 and 2014.
In general, there was a considerable rise in the number of women and men read books in this library. In particular, the figure for books was read by male increased dramatically over the period shown.
In 2011, 5000 books were read by women at Burnaby Public Library, more than 2000 compared to that of men.
Over the next three years, this figure saw a significant rise of 3000 in the number of books read by female, and this library underwent a significant climb to 10000 in the number of books read by the female in 2013, after that decreased to 7000 in 2014.
Meanwhile, that of men who were read books at this library remained almost unchanged during the first two years; however, this figure increased, at 6000 in 2013. Finally, the number of books read by men which peak at 14000 at the end of the period.
