Dear Jane,
It's such a long time since we last met in Vietnam 2 years ago. I can't wait to update to you that my family and I have just moved to your city, Toronto. you know that I have always dreamt of living abroad. last year, I tried to apply for Canada immigration and luckily, I was granted a permanent residence for the family after 1 year of waiting.
The immigration department was so supportive in helping me find an accommodation beforehand. It's a small apartment located in the north of the city center with an affordable rental. The house is fully furnished with home appliances, beds, wardrobes... we only bought some small decorations like paintings, flower pots in the balcony.
This weekend we invited some friends and neighbours to come over. If you are free, please come and join us on our welcoming party. my address is No.1602, New apartment.
With love,
Mai Pham
