Dear Igor,
I hope the letter reaches you in the best of health. I am writing to you to inform you about moving in a new apartment in Downtown Toronto. Allow me to elaborate.
As you know, I and Sasha had been trying for most of the time to find a decent apartment to start our family. However, all the efforts were turning out to be futile. But, we landed an apartment on Young Street last week. In addition, we have terminated the lease of the basement which we called our home till last week.
Furthermore, you would be happy to know about the new house. It was built up recently and thrown open for public leases two weeks ago. It has two bedroom and a lovely lake side facing balcony. It finally feels like home and we are aware that this is only a drop in the ocean and now we have to return back to the drawing board to get our jobs sorted.
We are throwing a small dinner party for house warming on Saturday and you are invited for the same.
I can’t wait to see you.
Yours sincerely,
Brad Jason
