I am writing with regret to inform you about the unreliability of the services of your company that we as customers of your company are facing. I am a regular user of your transport facility and there has been a number of issues we are facing lately, due to which we are extremely uncomfortable.
Let me explain my situation, the bus service on the Dadar to churchgate route arrives late almost every day and it so crowded that many a times i have to take the next bus because of which i can't reach work on time. Also sometimes i need to take a cab which costs dearly.
I would like you to consider our situation and improve the bus frequency and timing so that many customers like me can reach office on time. Also, if the bus frequency is increased it would be less crowded and people will be delighted to travel with your service.
