To manager,
I Want to inform that I required some unpaid leave from my job schedule.
Let give a glance at the reason for leaving. Actually my younger sister studied in Ontario and Now she had completed their degree in International Business Management. She cardial requests to me that Join their convocation ceremony which going to held on 21st of the November. Obviously, its time to pride and honour my family but due to health issues, my parents fail to attend it. As an elder sister's obligation, I have to attend it for the sake of my adorable sister. Along with this, their birthday is arrive on the next day. She is very curious to celebrate it with me.
Therefore I required fifteen days' leave for attending convocation and birthday party from the 18th of November to the 3rd of December. As you know, I have some responsibility and obligation towards the company. According to my scheduled, there have two meetings during leave period one is with Chinese delegates and other with Us delegates but it due to some delegate postpone to Next month. Further, the rest of the clerical and managerial work will be managed and supervise by my Assitant Mr. khanna In the previous project, he reveals excellence in a resourceful manner.
