Dear Mr Smith
I am writing with regard to the closure of university hiking group. This news made me really sad, so I decided to inform you about my opinion.
Yesterday I saw your message in broadcasting channel of the group. It was mentioned that the university headquarters have decided to inhibit the group’s activity because of some safety reasons.
I personally believe that accidents are unavoidable, although we can control them by organizing plans for hikers and nature lovers, bye the help of knowledgeable coaches and well trained group members. This approach not only minimizes safety problems, but also helps amateur members to hone their skills and become a resource of knowledge and experience for the future.
Unfortunately the message put a deep impact on me since this group was a trustful network of athletes to spend quality time with, and we had shaped strong bonds between members as well.
I hope you could convince the headquarters to reconsider their decision.
Yours faithfully
Nancy White
